This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds for both digital and physical goods purchased directly from 2BOFFGRID. It also outlines expectations if we allow third-party sellers on our platform.
1. Digital Goods (e.g., Ads, Listings, Downloads)
- Non-refundable: All digital purchases are final and non-refundable, including paid ad space, listings, or downloadable materials.
- Exceptions: Refunds may be considered only in the case of technical errors on our part that prevent delivery or access.
2. Physical Goods (Sold by 2BOFFGRID)
- Returns: If you’re not satisfied with a physical item purchased directly from us, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost.
- Refunds: Issued once returned items are inspected and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Third-Party Sellers (Future Marketplace)
If and when we allow independent sellers to list goods (e.g., handmade, vintage, off-grid tools):
- Each seller will be responsible for setting their own return policy.
- Buyers must contact sellers directly regarding returns or refunds.
- 2BOFFGRID will not mediate or be held liable for disputes unless it violates our platform rules.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
- For physical items sold by 2BOFFGRID, we comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund.
